Our Pastor

Pastor Don McIlvain has been in the ministry for over 20 years. The Lord led Pastor Don to The Crown College where he earned a bachelor's degree. It was during this time he began to have a burden for missions.

The Lord unknowingly works behind the scenes to prepare us for the work He has in our future. It was these preparations that the Lord used to prompt a burden for the country of Mongolia. After deputation and language training in Ulaanbaatar, the Lord led them to work in Altai; a small village situated in an oasis below the Altai Mountains on the far eastern side of the Gobi Desert. It was when the Lord started blessing and growing the work that it grabbed the attention of the Buddhists. And after six years of being in Mongolia the Lord used these circumstances to bring them off the field and reroute them to Montana.

Pastor Don has been in Cut Bank Montana since 2015 where the Lord has worked in a remarkable way. Cut Bank Baptist Church was started a few years ago in a store front and the Lord worked again and secured us a church building.
