Cut Bank Baptist Church was started in April of 2016 in the old Mercantile building on Main Street. Pews and a pulpit were donated to help in the beginning. As we continued to grow, we saw a need for an actual church building. We prayed about this as a congregation and brought our need to our God. Then Lord blessed us richly in 2020 with giving us a church building on Sixth Ave.
It was an Independent Baptist Church in the mid 1900s and eventually the church closed, and the building was given to other denominations. It’s wonderful to see how it has come full circle, once again being an Independent Baptist Church. We are grateful for how God is continually blessing us as we reach our community for the Lord.
